You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Calculator outputs and audit reports are estimates intended to inform — not guarantee — outcomes.
2. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks (including the iValue 4-Phase Framework), reports and methodologies are the property of iValue Systech Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
3. Engagement terms
Paid engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Calculators, audits and consultations marked "Free" carry no commercial obligation.
4. Liability
iValue's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
